"Change the Game" in Prison
Our innovative Street Racket program is transforming prison environments through accessible sport, building community and improving wellbeing.
What is Street Racket?
Street Racket is a multi-award-winning movement concept from Switzerland, designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or physical ability. This simple yet effective bat and ball activity promotes integration, inclusion, and rehabilitation among prisoners and staff.

Program Components
Street Racket is more than just a sport—it's a comprehensive program with multiple components designed to create lasting positive change.
Coaching Certification Programme
Our structured coaching programme offers participants certification aimed at strengthening their leadership, mentoring skills, and sense of responsibility.
Certified coaches can use their qualifications and lived experience to run activities and impact change both within prison and in their communities upon release.
- Enhanced communication and collaboration skills
- Improved physical and mental wellness
- Development of conflict resolution strategies
- Online training to develop digital skills

Manufacturing Rackets
The initiative enables people serving sentences to develop new and vital skills by producing rackets, supporting employment opportunities within and beyond the prison system.
These rackets are then used by certified coaches in schools, workplaces, and community events, helping to reduce stigma associated with people who have served time in prison.
- Practical woodworking and manufacturing skills
- Quality control and production management
- Transferable employment skills
- Community contribution and purpose
Global Expansion
Following the success of our pilot at HMP Swinfen Hall, we're expanding Street Racket to prisons worldwide, creating positive impact on a larger scale.
The program's inclusive and adaptable nature makes it suitable for various environments, with significant potential to provide leadership opportunities and employment pathways for inmates globally.
Current Implementation:
